This is the perfect low carb sweet bread! Enjoy it as a breakfast, snack or even dessert.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs separated
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tarter
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp butter softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 oz cream cheese softened
  • Liquid stevia to taste I used about 12 drops
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon divided
  • 1/4 cup erythritol I prefer confectioners
