This recipe for Chicken and Waffles is the stuff dreams are made of! With only 4.5 net carbs, its completely keto friendly and gluten free. It makes the perfect breakfast, but an even better breakfast for supper! Top it with your favorite low carb syrup and enjoy!!


For Waffles:

  • 2 cups super fine almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 15 drops liquid stevia optional
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 tbsp butter melted

For chicken:

  • 2 1/2 lbs. Boneless, skinless chicken tenders (or chicken pieces of your choice)
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp oil (I used olive oil)
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Dash cayenne pepper, or to taste optional
